Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

Saraswat Pharmacy College, recognized by the Government of Odisha, approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and affiliated with the Odisha university of Health Sciences,Bhubaneswar, offers the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) program. This is an undergraduate course in the field of Pharmacy, covering various aspects such as research and development, manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, packaging, marketing, and the practice of drugs in hospital, clinical, and community pharmacy settings.

The teaching methodology at Saraswat Pharmacy College combines traditional methods, such as lectures and seminars, with complementary study projects, regular tutorials, practical assignments, and interactive educational sessions. Eligibility:
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 Science examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and/or Mathematics from the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, or any equivalent examination. They must have passed individually in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics, both in theory and practical components.

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)

Program Overview
The DMLT program is accredited by the Directorate of Medical Education & Training, Odisha, and administered by the DMLT/RT Examination Board, Bhubaneswar. Medical Laboratory Technology, also known as Clinical Laboratory Science, is an allied health profession dedicated to the diagnosis and prevention of diseases through clinical laboratory tests. These tests assist physicians in identifying, diagnosing, and treating various medical conditions. Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLTs), often referred to as medical technologists, clinical scientists, or clinical laboratory technologists, perform these tests by analyzing body fluids, tissues, conducting blood typing, screening for microorganisms, chemical analyses, and cell counts within the human body. They play a crucial role in gathering necessary information, sampling, conducting tests, reporting results, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of these investigations.

Eligibility
To be eligible for admission, candidates must have successfully completed the +2 Science program with Biology and/or Mathematics as one of their subjects from a recognized board within the country. For candidates with qualifications from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), successful completion of +2 Science with Biology is required.
